I am skilled in flash, Html, Css, SQL and PHP. The problem with having a website that uses PHP is that it can overload your hosts server so I dont use php when I dont need to.

forumer is a site which has a sole purpose if containing free forums so they are more steady than other paid hosts because their main goal is forums and forums use PHP and Sql which often can cause server melt downs. Over the years on the internet Ive maid several forums for myself and all have had server problems and when I paid for hosting with byethost hosting they had constant problems but I think they just have bad servers too so because of them I stick to sites like Forumer and Blogger for using sql and php sites.
